Delivery Times: Delivery times vary for each product based on where it is being shipped from, the specific delivery service used and the size and weight of the product. Most all of our products are shipped via common courier truck companies (Yellow Freight, DHL, etc.). Each carrier has their own procedures. When you order a product, we need a daytime phone number and email address. When your order has been processed and leaves the warehouse, tracking information will be emailed to you.

When your order has been shipped, the shipping company will contact you by phone a day or two prior to arrival and let you know when the truck is scheduled to be at your location. In most cases, someone will need to be there to accept the shipment.

When you are receiving a product that is large and heavy, it is recommended that you have another person there to assist. Although the driver may help, there is no guarantee that he will assist.

Curb Side Delivery: This means that the shipping company will deliver your order in front of your home. They do not take the shipment to your backyard or inside your home. That is your responsibility.

Pre-Ship Processing Time: This is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. All orders come directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse which saves you time and money. The manufacturer needs this time to process your order and in some cases, to custom build the product.

Once the order leaves the manufacturer’s warehouse, we tell everyone that it will arrive in approximately 2 weeks. In some cases, it arrives earlier. During holiday periods shipping can be slow due. We recommend that you leave plenty of time during holidays and order as early as possible.
